About
This model was my first attempt to create something in the RS DesignSpark Mechanical 3D editor. I use the 3D prints of this model to attach the end of the filament to the spool, which I then hide in the original packaging.

I offer this model for free download on this page below or on the Cults website. The original project from the RS DesignSpark Mechanical editor is also available for download on this page.
Progress
For such a small model, the procedure is quite fast.
It was interesting to find out what the differences are in estimating the dimensionality of objects between the 3D editor and testing with a real object after printing. In the 3D editor, the object looks larger than the real printed object.
Related
This model is not yet related to any other project, software or hardware.
With such a small object, printing is without problems.
Construction
The clip is one small part that does not need any assembly or special handling.
Accessories
This model does not require any accessories in the form of handles, screws, etc.
Download
Here you can download the stl file for printing or editing. Or the original project for the RS DesignSpark Mechanical application with the extension rsdoc.
The rsdoc format is for RS DesignSpark Mechanical version 5. Newer versions of the editor that use the rsdocx format can open this older format.
